The hotel is working and it is located in the architectural reserve Arbanassi. It is built in a typical Arbanassi style, made of only natural materials – wooden gates , doors and windows , stone wall , paving stoned yard , water wheel and furnishing. The total living area of the property is 488 sq.m. distributed over three floors. The yard is 1040 sq.m. big. The three-star hotel has 6 rooms and 3 luxurious apartments. Each of the rooms is with own bathroom , bathtub or shower , local heating system and TV. The rooms are not identical , each room has its own style and different furniture, colours of the walls , damasks , curtains etc. The guests can relax in the sauna and the Jacuzzi. The cosy tavern (40 seats) offers delicious meals prepared by traditional Bulgarian recipes and first-rated brand drinks. In all of the three halls have trophies of roe deer , wild-boar ,deer and stuffed birds and animals .
